Every year, hundreds of volunteers come together to help make Ignite Conference the amazing event that it is for the thousands of people who attend one of the conferences.
If you would like to serve as part of our Ignite Conference team in 2026, please note the information below.
What you need to know:
If you have volunteered before, you may remember in past years we required each person to fill out both a volunteer form and a registration form. This year it is ONE form.
Volunteers receive a discounted conference registration: $160 for Sydney and Brisbane, and $100 for Darwin. This gives you full access to the conference when you are not serving. Payment is required with your registration, by paying online or requesting an invoice to be paid within 14 days.
We previously had ‘part time load’ and ‘full time load’. These categories won’t exist in 2026. Everybody will have time to enjoy sessions and not be too full.
Registration is not a guarantee of a volunteer spot, and is subject to approval by the Conference Team. In rare circumstances we may need to decline a volunteer registration - if this occurs, a refund will be given.
Some of the questions on the registration form are specific and lengthy. It is a Catholic Church requirement that we ask these.
How to register:
If you wish to be on the team for more than one conference location, you will need to do a separate registration form for each.
