VOLUNTEER

In past years we required each person to fill out a volunteer form AND ALSO a registration form. This year it is ONE form but please note: 

  1. Payment is required; for Sydney and Brisbane, this is $160 or for Darwin, this is $100. If needed, you can select to receive an invoice so that you can pay within 14 days.   

  2. We previously had ‘part time load’ and ‘full time load’. These categories won’t exist in 2026. Everybody will have time to enjoy sessions and not be too full.  

  3. In rare circumstances we may need to decline a volunteer registration, even once it is made (and a refund will be given).  

  4. Some of the questions on this form are specific and lengthy, it is a Catholic Church requirement that we ask these. 

In addition:

  1. If you wish to be on the team for more than one conference location, you WILL need to do a separate registration form for each.
